Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage and monitor the quality of incoming materials. This includes drafting annual monitoring and certification reports, negotiating and archiving Quality Assurance Agreements with suppliers and service providers, and evaluating and managing supplier change notifications.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and evaluating supplier specifications, performing quality risk assessments, and managing supplier qualification and related documentation. They will also be responsible for preparing regulatory statements for materials and finished products, managing quality records, and supporting the Service Delivery team with quality topics.
  • Additional responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders in the Supplier Information Management approval process, evaluating change control tasks, and participating in audit preparation and CAPA management.
  • This is an end-to-end role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
