Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Building conversion funnels and diagnosing drop-offs using Google Analytics 4.
- Creating dashboards and reports in Looker Studio to ensure clarity and timeliness of data.
- Partnering with the growth and finance teams to project traffic, conversion, and revenue.
- Validating Google Analytics 4/Shopify events and schema changes to ensure data integrity and governance.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in analytics (preferably eCommerce or consumer DTC), with a proven impact on conversion and revenue.
- Expert SQL skills and comfort working in BigQuery (or similar cloud warehouses).
- Business intelligence proficiency: Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI—able to design crisp, self-serve dashboards.
- Google Analytics 4 expertise: Event modeling, custom dimensions, funnels, UTMs, exploration reports; ability to reconcile Google Analytics 4 with platform data.
- Scripting for analysis/automation: Python or R for data wrangling, notebooks, and lightweight jobs.
