Career Opportunities for Aptitude Trainers

We are looking for experienced and skilled professionals to take on the role of Aptitude Trainer. The primary responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.

• Develop lesson plans and practice exercises that cater to students' learning needs
• Mentor students in improving their speed and accuracy in problem-solving
• Conduct assessments to track students' progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with the placement/training team to ensure students are adequately prepared

To succeed in this position, you must possess a strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language. Additionally, excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

A degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields is preferred. Prior experience as an Aptitude Trainer/Faculty/Coach is also advantageous.
