Finance Manager USA

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to oversee the accounting and financial operations of our US subsidiary.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including ledger management, reconciliations, and transaction reviews.
- Manage the finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
- Prepare and present accurate Monthly MIS reports with actionable insights for senior management.
- Develop, monitor, and control budgets, perform cost and variance analysis, and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely compliance with US statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, annual reports, and other local laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory audits and support group-level consolidation.
- Collaborate with the India finance team to ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and international regulatory requirements.
- Act as the liaison between US and India finance functions to streamline processes, ensure reporting accuracy, and maintain financial consistency.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards, and International Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting (MIS, budgeting, forecasting).
- Hands-on experience with statutory compliance in US and India, including tax and RBI regulations.
- Strong understanding of consolidation, reconciliations, and audit processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite or similar) and advanced MS Excel/Power BI skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-border collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong organizational skills.
