About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our accounting outsourcing delivery for CPA clients in the United States.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-value client relationships, operational efficiency, and large team leadership with a passion for innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations across accounting, taxation, and audit functions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, status calls, and strategic planning sessions with clients.
  • Align delivery strategy to evolving client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain adherence to US GAAP, IRS compliance, and auditing standards.
  • Standardize and scale delivery processes using automation, RPA, and lean principles.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and retain a team of professionals, including managers and team leads.
  • Build leadership bench strength and succession planning strategies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.

Transformation & Innovation:

  • Champion the adoption of new technologies to modernize service delivery and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support digital transformation and automation projects.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in accounting/shared services/KPO, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing U.S. CPA/accounting firm clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of US tax codes, GAAP, and audit compliance frameworks.
  • Technology-savvy leader with experience in digital transformation, automation tools, and cloud-based systems.
