Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect a set of agreed target accounts
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow existing Version 1 customers
  • Work closely with the Lead Generation team to undertake targeted marketing campaigns, events, and direct calling initiatives
  • Collaborate with Version 1 partners, technology specialists, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, solution proposals, and manage the full sales cycle
  • Negotiate contracts covering consulting services, fixed price applications development, and managed services

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Sales/Account Management/Business Development in the IT industry with exposure to managed services and/or consulting services
  • Experience in successfully selling solutions (rather than products) at a senior level
  • Knowledge of industry sectors, including compliance requirements and drivers of industry change
  • Clear understanding of the software development life cycle from envisioning to solution implementation to managed services
  • Demonstrable track record of sales achievement, with at least 3 out of the last 4 years exceeding targets
  • IT consulting experience mandate

Desired Qualifications

  • Business development experience in the US, meeting clients and participating in oral negotiations and contract discussions
  • Working with US Sales teams in an Onshore/Offshore delivery model
  • Experience in developing business in the Banking & Financial Services Sector, with both fixed price and T&M projects
