Senior Financial Operations Manager

This senior-level role is designed to oversee all financial operations within the organization.

- Review and verify supplier invoices, recording entries in our centralized system.\
- Prepare monthly management reports and reconcile income and expenditure statements.\
- Oversee billing processes for cargo handling and counter sales, ensuring timely BOS reconciliation.\
- Monitor receivables, follow up with debtors, and prepare ageing reports.\
- Maintain accurate financial data across systems, including RSmart and COSYS.\
- Process invoices and accurately record receipts.\
- Generate management reports and costing sheets using BOS financial data.\
- Ensure proper documentation and backup of all financial transactions.\
- Conduct regular general ledger reviews and analysis.\
- Support auditors during financial audits and statement preparation.\
- Deliver invoices to clients and submit acknowledgments.\
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager or department head.\
- Adhere to quality, safety, and security standards in all financial operations.\
- Report incidents or violations impacting safety, security, or company reputation.\Duties and Responsibilities\

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or CA Inter with 3-7 years' experience.\
- Master's degree in Commerce or MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 3 years' experience.\
- Proficient in computer applications and financial systems.\
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with ERP systems.\
- Exposure to the aviation industry is advantageous.\

- Effective communication across organizational levels.\
