Garment Developer

We're seeking a highly skilled Garment Developer to join our team of experts. As a key member, you'll play a critical role in translating AI-generated clothing visuals into production-ready garment specifications.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment tech or production development, with a focus on Western wear or made-to-measure garments. They'll also possess excellent technical expertise in fit, finishing, and fabric behavior.

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, precise in communication, and committed to quality craftsmanship. If you have a passion for fashion and a knack for creating spec packs, sample reviews, and garment construction assessments, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Garment Developer, you'll work closely with our design, pattern making, and production teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability. You'll be responsible for:

• Interpreting AI-generated fashion designs into detailed tech packs with accurate measurements and construction guidelines.
• Developing specification sheets covering sizing, fabric type, seam construction, trims, and finishing techniques.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and quality throughout the production process.

This role requires:
