As a key member, you'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design interfaces that meet user needs and project objectives.

  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and project requirements
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools like Figma or Sketch
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
  • Ensure seamless and consistent user experiences across all platforms and devices
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

  • Work collaboratively with teams to design and develop user-centered digital products
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and designers
Requirements

A successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with minimum 3 years of experience
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions
  • Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Portfolio of previous UI/UX design projects
