Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement training programs for new hire agents.

  • Floor Support & BQ Management, Neutralization of accent ,Cultural ,Behavioral Training
  • Supporting the Learning manager by providing development to the on-site front line in order to deliver business objectives
  • Managing training programs and the learning experience for adult learners in a site
  • Recruiting, hiring, training, managing, appraising, and developing a team of trainees to enable them to progress effectively

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer basics and proven client relationship skills. They should also have well-developed consultancy skills, delivering and facilitating learning and development interventions, and ability to design and evaluate learning material.

In addition, the successful candidate will have experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing others in a complex environment with results-driven approach to achieve key objectives at a corporate and site level. They should be a strong problem solver and researcher, with excellent interpersonal, organization, and time management skills.

This role requires flexibility in work schedules as it involves interacting with clients from different regions/countries. The successful candidate will need to actively pursue self-improvement opportunities and establish client contacts to gain knowledge and provide support in the development of training material when needed.
