The key objective of this role is to develop and implement effective training programs that meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering training programs for new hires
- Managing large teams and driving performance through teams by creating and executing training scorecards and KPIs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their training needs and preferences
The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator and team player with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Relocation to Mumbai or Bangalore is required, and the candidate should be comfortable working in a 100% RTO mode with shift timings aligned to the US Eastern time zone.
