Job Description

As a Technical Lead/Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for owning the design, development, and delivery of user stories. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions, troubleshoot design flaws, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the design, development, and delivery of user stories
  • Architecting scalable solutions using advanced Java concepts and design patterns
  • Troubleshooting design flaws and system bottlenecks
  • Mentoring/guiding junior developers to produce robust solutions
  • Proposing solutions using new technologies to meet business goals and needs

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in building multi-threaded enterprise applications with advanced Java using design patterns, executor services, collections, and generics in an agile environment
  • At least 2 years of experience in developing web services using Restful API (JSON) and SOAP
  • Strong hands-on experience in developing applications using Spring Framework (Spring Boot, AOP, and batch), JPA, messaging queues, topics, databases (Oracle, Postgres)
  • Knowledge on XSL, XSD, YAML, STX, JBoss EAP, WebLogic 12C or above, DB2 with Banking Domain Knowledge gaining weightage

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum

This salary estimate is based on industry standards for a Technical Lead/Senior Java Developer in Bangalore, India.
