**Job Overview**

Avanse Financial Services seeks an experienced professional to lead our education loan sales team in Bangalore. As a Regional Sales Head, you will be responsible for ensuring the targets of the branch are met through effective planning and budgeting.

**Key Responsibilities**

Establish and sustain a portfolio of education loans by deepening product penetration and creating new markets. This includes:

  • Channel Management: Building relationships with business partners, consultants, banks, retail connectors, colleges, and education institutions to acquire quality business.
  • Digital and Physical Reach: Ensuring digital and physical reach of business, including tracking and converting prospects generated and customer service referrals.
  • Cross-Sell: Driving cross-sell of products like insurance.
  • Team Handling: Handling a team of LSHs, BSMs, and ASMs to achieve targeted disbursement.

**Required Experience**

At least 12-16 years of relevant sales experience from education loan, secured loan, and unsecured loan sectors.
