About the Role

At myGwork, we are looking for a talented Visual Experience Creator to join our Workplace Health and Safety Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in our safety engagement experience across the globe.

We value people who are enthusiastic about creating engaging visual displays and collateral. As a Visual Experience Creator, you will be responsible for producing graphic artwork used in physical installations, publications, signs, charts, posters, digital display screens, and other mediums.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will work collaboratively with the creative director, visual designers, and other team members to understand the brief and target audience, identify effective solutions, and deliver results on time.
  • You will carefully follow standards and guidelines to ensure your work stays true to the brand identity.
  • You will be proficient with design software, stay up-to-date on the latest creative tools and trends, and have expertise in design systems and visual architecture.
  • You will be a design perfectionist, aligning visual elements, setting margins, ensuring color values are accurate, and maintaining consistent font style.
  • You will have experience designing physical branded experiences, such as events, trade show booths, or custom displays, overseeing the process from conception through installation and tear-down.
  • You will have worked with production vendors and possess strong knowledge in production specs and how to correctly set and export creative files for print and digital output.
  • You will have excellent time-management skills and be able to prioritize tasks to remain on track and deliver on time.

About the Team

Our Workplace Health and Safety team leads cross-functional projects that require collaboration and partnership with Amazon businesses, geographical units, and technical subject matter experts (SMEs). We partner with teams to inspire bold thinking, iterate on ideas, and deliver solutions that will make Amazon the safest workplace on earth.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of design experience
  • An available online portfolio
  • Experience working with various design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience working in a collaborative team and directly with developers for implementation of designs
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Experience designing branded physical experiences such as event installations, exhibition booths, custom displays, wall murals, large banners, and way-finding signs

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
