Financial Analyst – Consolidation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst – Consolidation to join our team at Awign Expert. The ideal candidate will have experience with the consolidation of financials using IFRS/IND AS for either a subsidiary or holding company, possess strong knowledge of IFRS, and have experience working with Excel.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS, and analyze financial performance of each business segment and consolidate and present the financial performance on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Responsible for preparation of Financial statements under IFRS with close coordination with the Financial Controllers of various subsidiaries/segments at onshore.
- Responsible for timely completion of audit of company's financial Statement by the statutory auditors.
- Plan and manage the work of the Corporate Department and timely closing of corporate books.
- Establish and implement procedures and standards for financial reporting so that all company financial transactions are accurately and promptly recorded.
- Oversee and review Balance Sheet schedules – AP, AR, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Accrued income and expenses, Other Receivables etc.
- Facilitate and overview preparation of audit schedules and coordinate with the local accounts team of the subsidiaries for timely completion of audit.
- Prepare of monthly MIS and financial analysis reports for corporate divisions and also develop reports from ERP for efficient automated reporting and reduction in manual process.
- Follow-up with all subsidiaries and several cross-functional teams for ensuring adherence to timely, smooth and error-free completion of management reporting.
- Support the Annual Budgeting exercise and conduct variance analysis, cost analysis and provide meaningful trends and opportunities for savings on a periodic basis.
- Supervise monthly accounts closure activities- AR / AP, fixed assets, GL, banks & supplier account reconciliations and accruals and ensure SLA's are met.
- Analyze cost of sales and overheads for each subsidiary and segment and provide meaningful trends and opportunities for savings.
- Co-operation within the team and acting as an effective team player.
- Meeting Customer expectations to the best of abilities.
- Train staff and keep them motivated.
- Any other assignment that may come from time to time.
- Always take care for yourself, colleagues and others whilst at work.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Report immediately all hazards, incidents or accidents observed to the supervisor and correct them if you are able to do so regardless of whether anybody is harmed or equipment is damaged.

- Ensure that any mandatory training you need for your job will be kept up to date and that you will attend courses and refresher courses before they expire.
