Job Title: Embedded Systems Requirements Lead - Automotive Gateway

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer to lead the development and virtualization of sensor and actuator models for use in simulation environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-fidelity plant models of sensors and actuators using Simulink or equivalent tools.
  • Architect models for seamless integration into VHiL, HiL, SiL, and CoSim environments.
  • Define and maintain interface standards for model consumption across simulation platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with suppliers, hardware, controls, and diagnostics teams to gather and align requirements.
  • Balance short-term and long-term modeling fidelity needs between in-house and supplier-based solutions.
  • Harmonize virtualization requirements across vehicle and propulsion domains.

Requirements Definition

  • Define virtualization requirements for modeling, hardware, controls, and supplier ecosystems.
  • Translate calibration differences into robust model design strategies.
