About the Role
">Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update Zscaler security policies, access controls, and authentication settings to ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance frameworks.
- Monitor Zscaler dashboards for alerts, anomalies, and performance metrics, and provide clients with regular reports on threat activity, usage trends, and compliance status.
- Provide user support for Zscaler-related issues, collaborate with IT teams to resolve connectivity, access, and policy-related problems, and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation including configuration records, troubleshooting guides, network diagrams, and change logs, ensuring all updates follow change management protocols.
- Participate in client meetings, status calls, and planning sessions, communicating technical updates, policy changes, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
- Support client compliance initiatives by ensuring Zscaler configurations align with regulatory frameworks, assist with audit preparation, and evidence collection.
- Stay informed about Zscaler product updates, coordinate implementation of new features or integrations, and recommend improvements based on evolving security needs and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or any related field.
- Minimum 4 years in IT security administration.
- Familiarity with ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX configuration and management.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SSL/TLS, CA).
- Knowledge of identity provisioning, and work experience in the same (e.g., Azure AD, SAML/SSO, MFA).
- Zscaler certifications (ZCCA-IA, ZCCA-PA) or equivalent security credentials preferred.
- Strong client communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work in US time zone and adapt to client needs.
