Job Title

We're seeking a seasoned visual storyteller to spearhead the development of compelling visuals that drive brand engagement.

This role requires a highly skilled and imaginative individual who can turn ideas into powerful, attention-grabbing narratives that resonate with our audience.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of creative direction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with our creative and copy teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for campaigns, digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Translate briefs into captivating visual narratives while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and creative leads to craft integrated campaigns that drive results.
  • Deliver high-quality designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, styles, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers where needed, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation (preferably in an agency setup).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to take feedback positively and refine ideas quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Nice to Have:
  • Motion graphics / basic animation skills.
  • Experience working on digital-first campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
