As the first Motion Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the platform's performance, scalability, and developer velocity from day one.
You'll be responsible for crafting compelling content for high-impact feeds and developing sophisticated animations that elevate our in-app and product experiences.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of brand storytelling and product design—where culture meets creativity.
- Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for social campaigns, product launches, UI/product interactions, and brand films.
- Develop engaging social assets (Reels, TikToks, Stories, GIFs, kinetic type, short-form edits) that drive engagement and relevance.
- Design and prototype motion for product UIs—micro-interactions, feature reveals, onboarding flows—that make tech feel intuitive and alive.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of motion design experience, ideally within a creative agency, social-first brand, or product-driven company.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both social motion content and brand/product storytelling (UI, product renders, launch films).
- Background in graphic design with a keen eye for layout, typography, composition, color, and timing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).
