Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Designer to lead our design team at Drawn. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive design concepts, managing the design process from concept to final production, and collaborating with our manufacturing partners to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive design concepts that reflect our brand's aesthetic and values.
  • Manage the entire design process from concept to final production, ensuring flawless fit, finish, and execution.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and merchandising teams to bring collections to life.
  • Stay ahead of fashion trends by researching emerging brands, market insights, and consumer behavior.
  • Work closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A minimum of years of experience in a senior design role at a RTW - Womenswear brand or department.
  • Proven expertise in silhouettes, fabrics, and garment construction, with a focus on fit and finishing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
  • Strong trend forecasting and market research skills, with the ability to translate inspiration into designs that feel current and covetable.
  • Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software for sketches and technical design.
