Performance Marketing Manager

We are a talent matching company that connects remote workers with startups. As part of this, we find and interview remote talent worldwide and introduce them to businesses.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple client accounts, driving performance through strategic campaign optimization while building strong relationships with clients.

You will focus primarily on serving e-commerce clients across various platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicate effectively with clients
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon) to drive traffic, engagement, sales and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and analyze data insights (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets
  • Build insightful reports with actionable insights for clients
