This role is an exciting opportunity to join our Card & Merchant Accounting and Control (CMAC) team in Global Financial Operations, Controllership. As a Senior Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing research and clearance of merchant payment accounts for the merchant COE process, including merchant rejects, long-term reserves, SE debit balances, and gross pay transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage research and clearance of merchant payment accounts for the merchant COE process
  • Clearage of aging variances, daily balancing, and month-on-month trend analysis to identify anomalies in general ledgers
  • Manage queries from key stakeholders and support ongoing business and technology initiatives like FALCON and Project ORBIT
  • Maintain financial integrity of all merchant processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA/Post-Graduate degree with 3-6 years of work experience or equivalent qualifications
  • US GAAP knowledge and audit experience are plus
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, BI, and other data applications like Cornerstone and TM1
