The Senior Purchase Executive will play a crucial role in driving this growth by leading supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, purchase order management, order tracking, vendor & stakeholder coordination, quality & compliance, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Sourcing: Identify and evaluate vendors for project and internal needs, with preference for OEMs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Conduct technical evaluations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs.
  • Purchase Order Management: Prepare rate comparisons, obtain approvals, and generate accurate POs aligned with project/site requirements.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor deliveries, track shipments, and ensure timely material availability to support billing and project timelines.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong supplier relationships and collaborate with project teams post-order to address challenges.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure materials meet technical specs, quality standards, and project deadlines.
  • Reporting: Maintain procurement records and generate regular reports on order status and procurement activities.

Requirements:

  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and good communication skills.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably with a system integrator.
