Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and creative Premium Content Strategist to lead our social media presence and brand storytelling efforts. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and driving impactful campaigns. With a strong sense of creativity and marketing insight, the strategist will craft compelling narratives that align with Alphahive's mission and inspire audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for the company's social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create original, engaging, and shareable content (posts, stories, videos, blogs, etc.) tailored to target audiences.
  • Research and analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to generate fresh ideas and draw inspiration.
  • Manage social media platforms, ensuring timely posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and oversee ad campaigns on social media platforms to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and/or marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva).
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives.
  • Basic knowledge of running social media ad campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative content ideas tailored to premium and innovative brands.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborative mindset with an eagerness to contribute unique ideas and strategies.
