About the Role
  • Develop and design strategic solutions/proposals for responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) in the pharmaceutical space.
  • Translate ambiguity into clear solution narratives with pricing models and delivery frameworks.
  • Architect effective solutions/proposals mapping to our capabilities, providing information to delivery teams to respond to RFPs.
  • Define winning themes by understanding client needs and positioning us as the preferred partner.
  • Build Points of View (PoVs) and go-to-market collateral tailored to client challenges and market dynamics.
  • Contribute to driving business growth through pre-sales, working closely with Sales, Delivery, Leadership, and Strategy to shape opportunities from early stages.
  • Identify products/services to position the company as a strategic vendor to major pharmaceutical clients and work with delivery teams to roll out the same.

This role requires a deep understanding of client needs, market dynamics, and our capabilities to develop effective solutions and winning strategies.
