Digital Creative Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Digital Creative Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality creative assets that support our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design for Digital: Think creatively to design engaging experiences across multiple channels.
  • Develop Brand Assets: Strengthen and refine our brand identity by developing style and brand guidelines.
  • Deliver High-Quality Graphics: Create cohesive, simple, intuitive, and customer-centric graphics that meet our high standards.
  • Perform Complex Creative Tasks: Independently perform med-to-high complexity creative tasks that showcase your skills and expertise.
  • Produce Creative Assets: Develop creative assets including graphics, templates, layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other channels.
  • Refine and Improve Designs: Analyze, report, and improve your designs iteratively with each initiative to ensure high-quality creative outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Portfolio: Showcase a powerful portfolio demonstrating your creative capacity, aesthetic sensibilities, and technical expertise.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Demonstrate high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) and other design software suited for designing still and motion graphics.
  • Experience: Have 1-3 years of relevant experience in designing for digital advertising on Facebook, Google, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Possess strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team.
