Manufacturing Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our team. As an ATE Tester, you will be responsible for defining manufacturing test flows and methodologies for ASIC/SoC to meet customer and quality requirements.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional R&D teams to finalize the manufacturing test requirements for each of the test phases, including pass/fail criteria for a given product.
  • Your expertise in one of the ATE platforms such as Teradyne ETS800 / ETS88 / ETS364 or Advantest V93K, T2K is mandatory.

The successful candidate will drive the new product migration from R&D to High Volume Manufacturing Phase, support technical issues and coordination with cross-functional teams. They will monitor product yield, test time, and DPPM, provide technical solutions for yield improvement, TTR, and DPPM reduction.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product DFT and test requirements Pre-PG, including DfT-max Requirements for a new product.
  • Translate PRD/MRDs into PTS/SCMs/PRPs for ATE test-plan definition.
  • Design ATE HW for lowest cost solution for Si bring-up and validation.
  • Post-Si bring-up and validation of all functional and test features.
  • Execute design-of-experiments with process window corner lot to establish spec compliance of each product across full wafer-fab process window.
  • Execute qualification cycles for Si and package to automotive, industrial, and commercial standards.
