Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ORMB Developer to join our team. As an ORMB Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing complex Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) modules and functionalities.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate functional specifications into technical solutions across various ORMB modules.

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ORMB implementation and in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), Oracle/SQL, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, JSON, RESTful APIs, SOAP-based Web Services.

Additionally, they will have familiarity with Oracle Tools: Maintenance Objects (MO), Business Objects (BO), Business Services, Business Components, Service Scripts, Plug-In Scripts, BPA Scripts, Zones, UI Maps, Portals, SQ rules, Rate configuration.

The successful candidate will also have experience with Java-based Components: Algorithms, Algorithm Spots, Batch Jobs, Change Handlers, Business Components, Service Scripts, Plug-In Scripts, BPA Scripts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, test, and implement complex ORMB modules and functionalities, customize Oracle Revenue Management and Billing applications to align with business needs, and implement enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
    • Develop REST and SOAP APIs to integrate ORMB with third-party systems, build robust batch processes for large data import/export, and ensure smooth data flow between ORMB and other enterprise systems.
    • Identify bottlenecks in application performance and optimize Java, SQL, and batch jobs, conduct code reviews, and provide optimization suggestions.
    • Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements, translate functional specifications into technical solutions across various ORMB modules, and maintain coding best practices and version control.
    • Provide ongoing support for existing ORMB implementations, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
  • Mandatory Skills:
    • ORMB Development (Oracle Revenue Management & Billing), Java, Performance Tuning, PL/SQL, OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework).
