Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in delivering key financial insights and performing essential reporting functions at Quorum Software. This position will be responsible for integrating data from source systems, preparing financial reports, and presenting findings to management and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience working with reporting systems and ERP software.

Responsibilities

Manage the Business

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate data from source systems to reporting systems
  • Liaise with accounting teams to resolve data discrepancies
  • Generate financial reports and perform quality control
  • Present financial findings to management and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems
  • Be the primary contact for reporting system queries

Change the Business

Process Improvement

  • Develop reports to analyze capital expenditures and cash forecasts
  • Develop reports to analyze G&A spend and IT expenses
  • Provide insights on foreign exchange rates and their impact on financial results
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and automate recurring tasks
  • Work on ad-hoc financial analysis and projects

Grow the Business

Data-Driven Insights

  • Develop dashboards to provide visibility into financial results
  • Work on new projects and implement new ideas to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, MBA preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting processes
  • Experience with reporting systems and ERP software
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience working with global teams and different time zones
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills
