Design Professional

A Design Professional at a renowned firm should possess exceptional creative thinking skills, enabling them to craft innovative designs in tandem with client consultations. They must be confident in regular communication with clients to gauge their needs and adapt their approach accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To spearhead the sales funnel and drive sales closure.
  • To own customer experience during a project.
  • To lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • To oversee the entire project lifecycle.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Academic credentials or relevant certifications.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a design professional.
  • Successful track record of leading and delivering a minimum of 5-6 turnkey/full home residential projects.
  • Proficient knowledge of design tools, presentation software, and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics, and functionality, module planning), and civil works and services (specifications and installation details).
  • Project management expertise in creating bill of quantities for customers, coordinating with internal and external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in closing sales through logical and trusted sales pitches, driving and leading design meetings with customers.
  • Desirable behavioural attributes include result-oriented, teamwork, integrity and ethics, crisp and meaningful communication, and a high degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
