Data Scientist Job

We're seeking an accomplished Data Scientist to support high-impact analytics projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, including data processing and model implementation.
  • Collaboration: Partner with scientific teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights in drug development.
  • Data Analysis: Collaborate with domain experts to understand data challenges and implement solutions.
  • Machine Learning: Design and implement machine learning models and statistical analyses.
  • Predictive Modeling: Develop predictive models for reaction outcomes and process optimization.
  • Data Integration: Work with structured and unstructured data from lab equipment and enterprise applications.
  • Data Pipelines: Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards for real-time monitoring.
  • AI Workflows: Implement AI workflows for decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MS/MTech in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience: 3+ years in data science or advanced analytics.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning frameworks.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with cheminformatics or bioinformatics tools is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Expertise:

  • Statistical Algorithms: Sound knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms.
  • Python Expertise: Expertise in using Python for machine learning and complex data analysis.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Data Governance: Knowledge of FAIR data principles and data governance.
  • Digital Lab Tools: Exposure to digital lab tools like ELN, LIMS, or CDS.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of regulatory requirements in pharma.
  • Computer Vision: Knowledge of Computer Vision and Gen AI approaches.
  • Storytelling: Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment.
