Job Overview:

A Creative Project Director is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills to drive design projects forward. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

About the Role:

  • Possess extensive knowledge of project management principles, including Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze complex problems, identify key issues, and develop creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources for optimal results.
  2. Collaborate closely with designers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Develop and implement effective project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
  4. Monitor project progress, identifying potential roadblocks and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in project management, preferably in a design or creative agency setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
