You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering core training programs, including onboarding, brand standards, guest service, compliance, and operations.

  • Talent Development Specialist: Create engaging and impactful content that meets the needs of diverse teams, ensuring brand alignment and consistency across all properties.
  • Training Program Developer: Utilize in-person, on-the-job, virtual, and e-learning formats to cater to different learning styles and preferences.
  • Needs Assessment Expert: Collaborate with hotel department heads and HR teams to identify training gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Performance Data Analyst: Analyze metrics, guest feedback, and quality audit scores to inform targeted learning solutions.
  • Leadership Development Coach: Coach supervisors, managers, and high-potential team members to enhance their skills and prepare them for future roles.
  • Talent Succession Planner: Identify internal talent and develop them for future leadership positions.

In this dynamic role, you will establish strong relationships with General Managers, HR teams, and department heads, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
