HR Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled HR practitioner with expertise in payroll management and training to contribute to our organization's success.

• Recruitment insights with hands-on experience in top job portals, including placement strategy development and negotiation skills enhancement.
• Compensation clarity with CTC design and analysis, PF, ESI, Gratuity, TDS, PT, and other statutory laws.
• Payroll management with software proficiency in Tally/Excel, online attendance, and leave management system implementation.
• Training and development aspects, including resume preparation, performance management system (PMS), and training calendar creation.
• Employee relations, industry connect, and placement assistance.
• Soft skills development and effective communication strategies.

About the Role
