Job Overview

The Business Solutions Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the SAP Controlling module is properly set up to meet business requirements.

  • This individual will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions that integrate with Central Finance system.
  • A deep understanding of Management Accounting processes and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Solutions Analyst will perform the following tasks:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Management Accounting and Controlling (SAP S4).
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential solutions and recommend best practices.
  • Configure and drive functional discussions around Income Statement, Trade expend, Marketing expense and other P&L lines applying SAP as main platform.
  • Collaborate with IT cross stream to design, configure, and test Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Project System.
  • Ensure data consistency, figures reconciliation and smooth PEC execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with complementary solutions customized to attend Nestls business requirements related to Balance sheet accounting, BS allocation, reconciliation, trial balance and its integration with Central finance.
  • Provide guidance and support the regional product teams during the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to global solution template, guidelines and standards.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economy or related field.
  • Proven experience in S/4 HANA, specifically in Controlling module and its integration with Central Finance and data replication processes.
  • Solid understanding of SAP FICO, COPA Costing Based, Margin Analysis, including Cost Center Account, Project System, configuration and troubleshooting in S4 Hana and analytics technologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills explaining complex functional concepts.
  • Proficient in project management within SAP implementation, including planning, execution, and coordination with team members.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus.
