Job Opportunity

This role is open for a skilled professional with expertise in identity management systems, focusing on Radiant Logic, Oracle Unified directory, Active Directory, and LDAP technologies.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting identity environments, as well as the ability to work on complex integration projects using Radiant Logic and Oracle Unified directory.
  • They should also be able to review and correlate security logs.
  • Implementing and managing identity management solutions using Radiant Logic's platform is another key responsibility.
  • Integrating and synchronizing data from Active Directory and LDAP directories into Radiant Logic's virtual directory using Radiant Logic / Oracle Unified directory is a critical task.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to identity synchronization, data flow, and directory services are essential skills required for this position.
  • Configuring and optimizing the Radiant Logic platform to meet customer-specific requirements is a significant challenge.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to deliver identity solutions that align with organizational goals is a collaborative effort.
  • Identifying security vulnerabilities and issues, performing risk assessments, and evaluating remediation alternatives are critical thinking skills required.
  • Managing F5 UI in AppViewX or any other Load balancer management experience for individual applications and maintaining access is a key aspect of this role.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Information Security professionals with 2+ years of experience or those familiar with information security products/platforms are preferred candidates.
  • Hands-on experience with identity synchronization, virtual directory services, and federation is highly valued.
  • Platform familiarity with Microsoft Windows Servers, IIS, Critical services, etc., is beneficial.
  • SQL experience, including basic administration and SQL queries, along with familiarity with MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL databases, is desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience working with the Change Management process and tools are essential.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting production and Ops Infra support is an important skill.
  • Incident and Change Management Experience is mandatory, with Service Now being a preferred tool.
  • Handling Major Incidents and informing stakeholders about periodic updates with full ownership until closure is a vital responsibility.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Security certifications can be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in scripting or querying languages such as SQL/PowerShell is beneficial.
  • A strong understanding of LDAP protocols, schema, and directory services, as well as Radiant logic and Oracle Unified directory, is valuable.
  • Familiarity with identity federation and single sign-on (SSO) solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools like PowerShell, Python is desirable.
  • Platform familiarity with Windows Servers (required), Linux/Unix (preferred) can be beneficial.
  • Experience in IAM tools, processes, Privileged accounts, Monitoring, etc., is desired.
