Loss Prevention Specialist

The primary objective of the Sr Security Loss Prevention Manager is to safeguard people and assets in accordance with GSO guidelines and policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform a thorough risk assessment of site operations, identifying areas for mitigation measures
- Ensure the optimal functioning of electronic surveillance devices as per Global Security Operation policies
- Effectively manage security services vendors to maintain SLA adherence and conduct training for guarding personnel on SLP processes, driving excellence according to SLA requirements
- Utilize analytical skills to detect patterns indicating theft, fraud or abuse through data mining and trend analysis
- Conduct detailed investigations within policy frameworks, identify root causes, document MAP for process formulation, compliance and improvement
- Establish effective working relationships within teams, manage stakeholders to drive closure of optimization trackers and management action plans
- Ability to respond and implement crisis management plans to support business continuity
- A Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years equivalent professional or military experience
- Two years of people management experience
- Five years of experience in supply chain security, including management of third-party logistics providers, law enforcement, loss prevention, risk management or similar fields
- Three years of experience in fraud identification and detection, investigation and analysis for root causing and providing suitable preventive mechanisms
