Language Model Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to develop, configure, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs).

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create LLM-based solutions including open-source models and APIs.
  • Benchmark and deploy optimized model configurations.
  • Develop and fine-tune SLMs for specific enterprise verticals.
  • Write efficient Python code for training pipelines, model orchestration, inference services, and dataset management.
  • Craft datasets for supervised fine-tuning and evaluation.
  • Measure accuracy, latency, and cost-performance trade-offs across models.
  • Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, embedding models, and vector database integrations.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of deployed LLM solutions.
