Job Overview

This is a key leadership role that involves overseeing and managing regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate potential risks.

You will supervise and coordinate the monitoring and analysis of security alerts and incidents, ensuring prompt response to any breaches. Additionally, you will lead collaboration with IT teams to ensure all security measures are integrated into our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and conducting security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security within the organization.

Main Responsibilities & Deliverables
  1. Develop comprehensive information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  2. Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  3. Presentation of security reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  4. Stay up-to-date with latest security trends, threats, and technologies, and advise on necessary updates.
  5. Review and respond to client security questionnaires.
  6. Interpret information security clauses in Master service agreements and Engagement letters.
  7. Collaborate with legal teams, IT teams, and business teams to align client requirements with internal policies.
  8. Contribute to internal security awareness and trainings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of network security, application security, and data protection concepts.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Incident response and forensic analysis experience.
  • Strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities with timelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
