Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Management Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Reconciliation: Analyze discrepancies and implement adjustments to optimize inventory management processes.
  • Managing Inventory: Oversee inventory for individual distribution centers (DCs), ensuring seamless execution of operations.
  • Audit: Provide required details to auditors within set timelines, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Process Control and SOP Documentation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient process execution.
  • Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, automate tasks, or improve employee experience based on recurring issues or feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). Relevant experience in supply chain inventory planning is essential for success in this role.
  • Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, proficiency in inventory management, time management, teamwork, empathy, and high professionalism.
