Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Quality Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of continuous quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that products and services meet customer requirements, and driving process excellence across multiple production sectors.

  • Develop and implement process control plans to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement quality improvement projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams on quality-related matters.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in process quality or manufacturing quality processes.
  • Strong knowledge of quality improvement tools, techniques, and models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Good understanding of PFMEA, Zero Defect Mindset, COPQ, and Root Cause Analysis through 8D/A3.
  • Basic knowledge of QMS and internal audit procedures.
  • Experience with SPC & MSA principles.
