UKG Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Kronos functional administrator to provide administrative and functional support in Workforce Dimension. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge and experience supporting UKG Dimensions Timekeeping and Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance and Devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Workforce Dimension across various departments/locations
• Troubleshoot interface errors (Boomi Integration) and maintain Business Structure setup
• Configure/Maintain/Test/Replace timeclocks for various departments/locations
• Review and recommend changes to scheduling imports and/or configuration that affect timekeeping policies/processes
• Create/Modify schedule patterns and/or groups as required
• Update Holiday Calendar including affected pay rules
• Participate in the testing of system upgrades
• Configure pay rules, work rules and assignment rules; accrual codes and profiles
• Ability to understand and modify integrations with UKG Dimensions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 3-5 years of experience in UKG Functional as an application consultant
• In-depth functional experience with UKG (Kronos)
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, presentation, and communications skills
• Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability
