We are seeking a seasoned X++ developer to enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team. This role focuses on crafting, refining, and optimizing D365 F&O solutions using X++, with emphasis on Electronic Reporting, system integrations, and performance enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and refine Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++
  • Build and optimize Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations aligned with business needs
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
  • Analyze, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through to deployment and support
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks
  • Support data migration activities, ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams
  • Ensure all customizations align with best practices, coding standards, and regulatory compliance

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven expertise with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Strong understanding of Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365
  • A track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments
  • Good knowledge of D365 modules such as finance, supply chain, procurement & sourcing, inventory, warehouse, product information management
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ISVs such as Exflow, TAS, or Comarch
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas
  • Exposure to localizations and compliance for multi-country implementations
