Global Banking Client and Onboarding Services Team Member/Analyst

The role of the Client and Onboarding Services (COS) group is to drive and coordinate all aspects of setting up custom card and cash management services, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish clear expectations by defining timelines and managing documentation.
  • E nsure client satisfaction by taking ownership of the onboarding process.
  • Manage internal communication and provide regular updates.
  • Meet project deadlines by addressing implementation issues and holding team members accountable.
  • Apply creative problem-solving and sound decision-making.
  • Comply with policies and procedures, meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements.
  • Maintain risk awareness, escalating and resolving issues promptly, while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Holds a degree in accounting, business, finance, or has equivalent experience in financial institutions, with 0-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and presents a professional presence adaptable to changing needs.
  • Is highly organized, able to manage competing priorities, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong logical, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Has experience in client-facing roles in institutional banking, with proven problem-solving abilities and a relentless aptitude for learning new industry knowledge and products.
