Job Title: Director of Journal Publishing

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead our scientific manuscript publication process. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing the manuscript workflow from peer review to publication, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • A Master's or Ph.D. in life sciences is required.
  • The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in academic, scientific publishing, or edtech content production, with a focus on managing publication workflows.
  • Proven management experience of at least 7 years is necessary.
