Leading Business and Finance Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to create engaging, insightful, and high-quality content for our digital audience. The ideal candidate will have experience in hosting interviews with industry leaders, explaining complex financial topics in a simple manner, and creating compelling business-focused shows.
- Content Creation: Develop innovative video concepts, questionnaires, and scripts on business, economy, personal finance, and market trends.
- Interviews: Conduct insightful conversations with finance professionals, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and subject matter experts.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with current affairs, financial markets, and business news to ensure accuracy and relevance in content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality output and provide creative direction during shoots and in post-production.
- Digital Strategy: Contribute to strategies for growing our online presence, including short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Reels).
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in anchoring/hosting business, finance shows (digital, TV, or podcasts).
- Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance, markets, business trends, and economic topics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent command of English (Hindi proficiency is an asset). Ability to simplify complex finance topics for a wide audience.
- Presentation & Storytelling: Skilled in crafting engaging narratives around business & finance themes.
- Creative Leadership: Ability to conceptualize new shows, formats, and IPs in the business/finance space.
- Editing Awareness: Familiarity with video editing and production workflows to collaborate effectively with editors.
- Digital-First Approach: Knowledge of YouTube trends, algorithms, and short-form content strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working in creative teams and mentoring junior staff/interns.
