About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Admission & Outreach department as a General Manager/Associate General Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving student attraction through effective planning strategies, promoting the University nationally and internationally for student admission, and directing staff to handle parents and students smoothly.

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract quality students and enhance admissions year on year.
  • Organize campus tours to showcase infrastructure facilities and faculty expertise.
  • Guide marketing efforts to organize exhibitions and open houses for school students and their parents.
  • Execute student admissions from various parts of the country.
  • Visit school campuses and polytechnic colleges to provide information about academic programs.
  • Create promotional tools like brochures, pamphlets, banners, merchandise, hoardings, etc.
  • Supervise staff working in the Admissions Office and motivate them to excel.
  • Ensure adequate hospitality during admission processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree with professional additional qualifications, at least 12-15 years of relevant experience in admission & outreach, and previous work experience with Education Institutes.

They must be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as a team member.
