UI/UX Designer Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to fill this role. The ideal candidate will play a key part in creating intuitive and user-centered experiences that drive business success.

The job involves designing and prototyping scalable interfaces for software as a service (SaaS) products, conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement designs, ensuring consistent and responsive design across platforms, and maintaining a cohesive design system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype interfaces that meet the needs of users and businesses.
  • Conduct research and testing to ensure design decisions are informed and effective.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to bring designs to life.
  • Ensure design consistency and responsiveness across various platforms.
  • Maintain a unified design system that supports business goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or web applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • A strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • A portfolio showcasing experience with SaaS or web-based products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
