The SAP FICO Consultant is a critical position responsible for implementing and configuring the Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) module within an organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and Configuration:
    • Cash Collection Process (Receivable): Proficient in performing required configurations for the cash collection process, including receipt of payment from customers.
  • Receivable Processes:
    • Cash Collection: Experienced in managing cash collection processes, including payment tracking and reconciliation.
    • Dunning: Knowledgeable about dunning processes, including sending reminders and follow-up notices to customers.
    • Dispute Management: Skilled in resolving customer disputes related to payments or invoices.
  • FICO and Convergent Invoicing Integration:
    • Experienced in integrating FICO and convergent invoicing systems to ensure seamless data exchange and accurate financial reporting.
  • Solution Design:
    • Strong skills in designing solutions that meet client requirements, including data modeling, workflow optimization, and process automation.
  • FIORI Applications:
    • Familiarity with available standard FIORI applications in the area of cash collection, including transactional documents and reports.
  • Auditing and Compliance:
    • Able to manage audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including internal controls and financial reporting.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
