Job Opportunity


As a Production Officer in the Medical Device Industry, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are manufactured according to set standards and specifications. This includes maintaining 5S on the shop floor, handling non-confirming reports, and conducting root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for changeover and overall equipment cleaning and process.
2) Ensure Line clearance is carried out as per procedure.
3) Preparation of standard operating procedures related to production and their strict implementation.
4) Responsible for yield calculation & reconciliation of production input v/s output.
5) Responsible for maintaining daily production records/Monthly production & rejection data.

Requirements:
1) Good manufacturing practices, good document practices, safety, work place improvement skills.
2) Ability to monitor processes and identify deviations towards ensuring machine runs under validated parameters.
3) Handling of defective material complain forms.
4) Achieving weekly and monthly targets as per production planning.
